There is absolutely no doubt that Usain Bolt loves following the Indian Premier League and has expressed that in his interaction with the media quite a few times. Moreover, there have been multiple instances where the reigning world record holder for 100 meters sprint has portrayed his love for the Royal Challengers Bangalore.
Ahead of the 2021 season of the IPL, Bolt expressed his support for Virat Kohli and his men once again. The multiple-time Olympian wished the Bangalore-based team the best of luck by tweeting his picture sporting the RCB jersey.
He tagged Virat Kohli, AB de Villiers and the RCB franchise, along with Puma Cricket and tweeted,

Bolt’s tweet didn’t go unnoticed as RCB superstars Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers quote tweeted the message. Virat Kohli wrote, “No doubt and that’s why we’ve got you on our team now
After finishing at the bottom of the league table twice in three years, RCB somewhat turned things around in 2020 and made it to the playoffs, but were knocked out in the Eliminator.
The team will be in search of their maiden IPL title this year, having gone 13 seasons without one. Dubbed as one of the perennial under-achievers in the history of this Indian T20 league, RCB have only made it to the top four in six of the 13 seasons so far.
The Virat Kohli-led side will begin their 2021 campaign against defending champions Mumbai Indians in the tournament opener to be played at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.
Including the opening game, they play three games in Chennai before playing a couple of matches in Mumbai. RCB will then travel to Ahmedabad to play four matches, before shifting base to Eden Gardens to play the last five matches of the league phase.
