The BCB president Nazmul Hassan disclosed that it’s impossible for the board to grant No Objection Certificates to Shakib Al Hassan (KKR) and Mustafizur Rahman (RR) to feature in the remainder of the IPL 2021 season in September-October. “It is almost impossible to provide NOC (for IPL) considering our international commitments. The postponed season of IPL 2021 is all set to resume in the United Arab Emirates in September and October.
