The Bianconeri are keeping tabs on Arsenal and England star Bukayo Saka, as per Calciomercato. The Gunners, meanwhile, are interested in signing Club Brugge’s young winger, Noa Lang.
Saka is one of the key members of Mikel Arteta’s squad and has participated in all of their five league games so far this season. The 20-year-old was also a member of Gareth Southgate’s England squad for the 2020 Euro, where he missed the deciding penalty against Italy in the final (1-1; 2-3 pen).
It is believed that Saka is currently worth 50 million euros, with his contract running on until 2024. Spanish champions Atletico Madrid and Italian giants Juventus are keen on the youngster, who is versatile enough to play across multiple positions, including wing-back and midfield.
Since making his Arsenal debut in 2018, Saka has appeared 94 times for the club and scored 12 goals. Seven goals in 46 appearances made last season his most productive yet in an Arsenal shirt, while he has already scored once this term in the EFL Cup.
Arsenal, reports state, are interested in a young winger too. The Gunners are keeping tabs on Club Brugge’s Noa Lang, who shone last week in the UEFA Champions League against a Paris Saint-Germain team that included Lionel Messi, Neymar, and Kylian Mbappe.
According to Fichajes, Arsenal are one of three teams following Lang, the other two being AC Milan and Leicester City. The Gunners could submit a bid for the pacy winger in January worth 22 million euros, says the report.
Previously a part of Feyenoord and Ajax’s youth academies, Lang joined Club Brugge on loan from the latter in 2020. He scored 17 times in 37 games across all competition for the Belgian outfit, before making his move permanent this summer.
Lang has already made six appearances for Brugge this season, scoring two goals so far. He was named Belgian Young Professional Footballer of the Year award for the 2020/21 campaign.
