Paulo Dybala will leave Juventus as a free agent this summer upon the expiration of his contract, La Gazzetta dello Sport reports. Surprisingly, the Argentine is expected to join Juve’s fierce rivals Inter Milan.

Despite links to the Premier League in the past and the present, the 28-year-old has given his preference to the Nerazzurri and will move to the Giuseppe Meazza in the immediate future, where he will be reunited with chief executive Giuseppe Marotta who was responsible for bringing him to Juventus from Palermo in 2015.

As per the report, the 28-year-old will sign for Inter for four years on a deal worth 6 million euros, net, per annum. The attacker had attracted interest from Tottenham, Manchester United, and Atletico Madrid in the past. He leaves Juventus after seven seasons at the club, during which he made 289 appearances, scored more than 114 goals, provided 48 assists and won five Serie A titles.

Meanwhile, Dybala’s arrival at Inter this summer might pave the way for Lautaro Martinez’s exit. Like his compatriot, the forward, too, has been linked with a move to England, with Arsenal, Spurs, and Manchester United among the clubs rumoured to be in for him.

As per The Times, the Gunners have revived their interest in the frontman, especially with the club facing a dearth of first-team forwards going into the summer window. Qualification to the Champions League might help the North Londoners in that regard – they are currently occupying the fourth spot with four games to go.

However, Martinez is not the only striker on their shortlist; Manchester City’s Gabriel Jesus is also a target – as per reports. Additionally, United are also considering bidding for the 24-year-old, albeit they are proposing a swap deal with Anthony Martial instead of straight compensation.
